Assembly in the CLEAN ROOM
ERVO does not only produce components. We also put together complete assemblies in our clean room. This is a vital requirement in many industries. Fully automated ULTRASOUND CLEANING
Technology industries such as the vacuum industry demand components that are clean to the highest standards. ERVO achieves this with a fully automated ultrasound cleaning system from Höckh. The system cleans and dries parts contaminated with emulsion residues perfectly.

Our teams work here in three shifts to produce metal components in a highly automated process on milling machines with up to 5 axes equipped with specially developed clamping systems.
